Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are launching our first dine‑in outlet in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar and need a hands‑on Restaurant Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations. You will own the guest experience, drive team performance, and ensure smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations and service flow
• Lead, train, and schedule the FOH team (captains and associates)
• Own guest experience, handle escalations and service recovery
• Operate POS systems, handle billing and cash reconciliation
• Prepare and review daily sales reports and operational MIS
• Coordinate with kitchen and back‑of‑house teams for seamless service
• Manage vendor coordination and conduct inventory checks
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Support outlet‑level cost control and track wastage

Required profile

• 3+ years in restaurant, café or QSR operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial or assistant‑manager role
• Strong people‑management and communication skills in English and Hindi
• Hands‑on experience with POS systems and daily reporting
• Comfortable with cash handling and reconciliation
• Well‑groomed, professional and calm under pressure
• Available to work weekends, holidays and varied shift timings
