Restaurant General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high‑volume outlets in Mumbai. The restaurant generates monthly sales of ₹30‑40 Lakhs and is part of a fast‑growing QSR brand focused on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, food safety standards, and guest service benchmarks.
• Lead, coach, and develop shift managers and restaurant staff to build a high‑performance culture.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective labour, inventory, and food‑cost management.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and address guest concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, audit, and statutory requirements across all operational areas.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and ordering processes to optimise stock levels.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as sales, labour cost, food cost, customer feedback, and productivity.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in the QSR industry, with at least 2‑3 years in a General Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven experience with high‑volume QSR brands such as KFC, Burger King, McDonald’s or Domino’s.
• Based in Mumbai and able to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of QSR operations, food safety, and customer service.
• Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and drive profitability.
