Restaurant And Bar Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead daily operations across both dining and beverage areas. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth, profitable service.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule and supervise front‑of‑house, kitchen and bar teams.
• Monitor floor activity, maintain cleanliness and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Track inventory, place orders for food, liquor and supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Control budgets, analyse sales data, reduce waste and oversee cash handling and payroll.
• Greet guests, resolve complaints promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Develop food and drink menus, design wine lists and support promotional events.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality or management experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Knowledge of local liquor licensing regulations.
