Resort Manager – Luxury Property in Mumbai

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Resort Manager to lead our prestigious property in Mumbai, India. As the Resort Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our resort operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive business growth in this vibrant metropolis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
• Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Plan and coordinate special events showcasing local attractions.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven track record in financial management and budgeting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and local languages is a plus.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
