Residential Property & Facility Manager

About the role

The Residential Property & Facility Manager will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation, maintenance and administration of residential complexes across major Indian cities. This full‑time onsite position ensures safe, efficient and well‑maintained living environments while coordinating with vendors, resident committees and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations including maintenance, security and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with AMC vendors, service providers and resident committees.
• Monitor asset condition, service schedules and drive cost optimisation.
• Handle resident queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities, budgets and vendor performance.
• Support billing, budgeting and procurement processes related to property management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing apartment or villa communities.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional handling of residents and vendor teams.
• Good understanding of building systems such as MEP, STP and WTP.
• Any degree or MBA preferred.
