Residential Construction Manager

About the role
The Residential Construction Manager (RCM Engineer) will lead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) philosophies across construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering reliable, high‑quality outcomes for customers in Kolkata.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct RCM analysis within agreed scope, quality, and timescales.
- Review and process change requests arising from continuous improvement, maintenance feedback, failure investigations, and reliability studies.
- Validate that all proposed changes meet established regulatory and company standards.
- Interpret customer requirements and advise on best RCM practices.
- Prepare and deliver management reports, including KPI dashboards and close‑out summaries.
- Ensure RCM tasks are correctly implemented and updated in relevant tools.
- Strengthen reliability foundations using a systematic, methodological approach.
Required profile
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering or construction management.
- Full‑time availability based in Kolkata.
