Resident Nurse – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Resident Nurse to join our luxury wellness resort in Dehradun. The role combines modern clinical nursing with integrative health services, providing 24‑hour care to high‑net‑worth Indian and international guests while residing on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors and senior Vaidyas during consultations, health checks and specialized wellness procedures.
• Perform regular health assessments, monitor vital signs and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Provide nursing care during therapeutic sessions, respond to medical emergencies and manage first‑aid and dispensary inventory.
• Administer prescribed medications, elixirs and therapies, ensuring guest comfort, safety and strict hygiene.
• Coordinate with the Ayurvedic paramedic and wellness team for scheduling, room preparation and post‑treatment care.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution with valid State Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on clinical experience in a multispecialty hospital or reputable clinic.
• Willingness to reside on the sanctuary grounds with provided accommodation and meals.
• High empathy, calm demeanor in emergencies and excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with HNWIs and international guests.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus.
