Resident Ayurveda Nurse – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

We are seeking a Resident Ayurveda Nurse to join our luxury wellness sanctuary in Dehradun. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a unique blend of modern clinical nursing and traditional Ayurvedic care, serving high‑net‑worth Indian and international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors and senior Vaidyas during consultations, health checks, and specialized Ayurvedic treatments.
• Perform regular vital‑sign assessments, monitor guest health progress, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Provide nursing care during wellness procedures, handle medical emergencies, and manage first‑aid and dispensary inventory.
• Administer prescribed medications, elixirs, and therapies while ensuring guest comfort and strict hygiene.
• Coordinate with the Ayurvedic Paramedic and Wellness Team for scheduling, room preparation, and post‑treatment follow‑up.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree with valid State Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on clinical experience in a multispecialty hospital or reputable clinic.
• High empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with HNWIs, NRIs, and international guests.
• Calm demeanor in emergency situations and a deep commitment to medical ethics, hygiene, and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of South Indian languages (e.g., Malayalam) is a plus.
