Resident Ayurveda Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Resident Ayurveda Nurse to join our luxury wellness sanctuary in Dehradun. The role is full‑time, on‑site and includes 24‑hour executive accommodation and meals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors and senior Vaidyas during clinical consultations, health checks and specialized wellness procedures for high‑net‑worth Indian and international guests.
• Perform regular health assessments, monitor vital signs, track health progress and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Provide nursing care during Ayurvedic therapies, respond to medical emergencies and manage first‑aid and dispensary inventory.
• Administer prescribed medications, elixirs and therapies while ensuring guest comfort, safety and strict hygiene.
• Coordinate with the Ayurvedic Paramedic and Wellness Team to schedule treatments, prepare rooms and oversee post‑treatment care.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution with valid State Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on clinical experience in a multispecialty hospital or reputable clinic.
• Strong clinical nursing fundamentals, high empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Calm demeanor in emergency situations, problem‑solving ability and commitment to medical ethics, hygiene and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of South Indian languages (e.g., Malayalam) is a plus.
