Research Assistant – Organizational Behaviour (Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant to support the Organizational Behaviour research stream in collaboration with the Centre for Healthcare, IIM Udaipur and Professor Niranjan S. Janardhanan (LSE). The role offers exposure to academic research, mentorship from senior faculty, and a pathway toward top‑tier Ph.D. programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, prepare and analyse primary and secondary data using qualitative and quantitative methods, including field experiments.
• Conduct literature searches, summarise findings and assist in drafting research proposals and papers.
• Support faculty in designing experiments, managing datasets and presenting results.
• Participate in seminars, conferences and collaborative meetings.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Business, Economics, Management or related field.
• Strong interest in organizational behaviour and healthcare research.
• Ability to work independently and under faculty guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
