About the role
We are looking for a Requirement Manager / Project Manager specialized in the Mechanical domain to join Bosch’s automotive software team in Bengaluru. You will work on customer projects, ensuring that mechanical requirements are captured, traced and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of automotive components and product development to define mechanical requirements.
- Perform requirements engineering and manage requirements for mechanical projects.
- Elicit, break down, and maintain traceability of requirements using DOORs.
- Derive requirements from regulations, customer norms, and stakeholder inputs.
- Support the Project Manager in Quality Gate reviews and preparation.
- Ensure timely fulfillment and traceability of all requirements.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, project teams, QMM and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in requirements engineering or project management within the automotive/mechanical sector.
Required skills
- Proficiency with DOORs requirements management tool.
