Reporting Analyst II

About the role

The Reporting Analyst II will join Invesco’s Portfolio Analytics team in Hyderabad, delivering performance attribution and portfolio analytics across multiple asset classes and regions. You will acquire, validate, and consolidate data, investigate reporting exceptions, and communicate insights to investment teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and interpret performance attribution, contribution, benchmark, and portfolio analytics.
• Validate portfolio, benchmark, classification, and analytical data before reporting.
• Investigate and resolve performance, attribution, benchmark, and data‑quality exceptions.
• Prepare accurate, timely reports for investment teams, senior management, client reporting, third‑party databases, and regulatory filings.
• Explain analytical results and data issues clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Support process improvement, automation, control enhancement, and documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in investment management, portfolio analytics, performance measurement, investment operations, or financial data analysis.
• Knowledge of performance measurement or attribution (preferred).
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and investigate discrepancies in attribution and contribution reports.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large, complex data sets.
