About the role

ScaleX Media, a performance‑marketing agency for coaches and trainers, is seeking a Remote Web Developer. You will create and maintain high‑quality WordPress pages using Elementor, ensuring speed, security, and responsiveness for a growing portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize web pages on WordPress with Elementor.
• Optimize site performance, speed, and scalability.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and regular updates.
• Customize themes and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure visual coherence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
• Stay current with web development trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience as a Web Developer focused on WordPress and Elementor.
• Strong front‑end knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Experience optimizing WordPress for speed and security.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote team.
