Remote Telesales Representative

About the role

Equilibrium - Mind and Yoga is looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to join our remote sales team. You will generate revenue by contacting potential customers over the phone, presenting our services, and converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential leads and customers to introduce our products and services.
• Present product information, pricing, and promotions effectively.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required.
