Remote Telecalling Executive – Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a self‑disciplined Telecalling Executive to join our customer support team remotely. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls to address customer issues and ensure a smooth journey.
• Make follow‑up calls for open tickets, gather feedback, and close services.
• Explain products and services and provide basic guidance over the phone.
• Identify potential sales or upsell opportunities and forward qualified leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and daily status updates in Excel, Google Sheets, or a CRM system.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Own laptop, smartphone with data, and a stable high‑speed internet connection.
• Quiet workspace suitable for professional telecalling.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or voice support.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Any graduate or undergraduate degree; media or advertising background is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for logging and reporting.
