Remote SEO Specialist for Personal Injury Law Firm

About the role

We are seeking a proactive SEO Specialist to support a personal‑injury law firm. The role is fully remote and focuses on improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and delivering measurable results for the firm’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute link‑building campaigns to boost domain authority.
• Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and SEO analytics to shape strategy.
• Create and publish SEO‑optimized articles aligned with user intent.
• Perform on‑page SEO, including content optimization, internal linking, meta tags, and site‑structure improvements.
• Manage technical SEO tasks such as site‑speed optimization, crawlability, and indexing issues.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor performance and uncover opportunities.
• Implement local SEO tactics, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management.
• Report on key metrics (organic traffic, rankings, domain authority) and provide data‑driven insights to clients.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably within a US personal‑injury law firm.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely and adhering to US federal holidays.
