Remote Recruiter – Light Industrial & Manufacturing

About the role

Elevait is seeking a driven Recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will support Fortune 500 clients across a range of industrial sectors, handling high‑volume hiring for U.S.‑based light‑industrial and manufacturing roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place candidates for positions such as Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, Production/Assembly Line Workers, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Shipping/Receiving Clerks, and Maintenance Technicians.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for high‑volume contract hiring.
• Consistently meet or exceed defined hiring KPIs.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in internal databases and job boards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience for light‑industrial/manufacturing roles in the United States.
• Proven success supporting large‑scale enterprise clients.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing recruitment KPIs.
• Comfortable working remotely with EST‑hour overlap and reliable home internet.
