Remote Recruiter

About the role

DigiRDP, LLC is seeking a full‑time Remote Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for both technical and non‑technical positions. You will work independently from any location, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for our hosting and server solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial structured interviews, and shortlist qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Create and post accurate job descriptions on relevant job boards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate regularly with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce needs and refine recruitment strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract high‑quality talent.

Required profile

• Strong candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview skills.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Understanding of hiring for technical roles (hosting, server, IT) is a plus.
• Prior experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR professional preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
