Remote Monitoring Engineer (Jaipur)

About the role

Join Normet’s Global Digital Service team as a Remote Monitoring Engineer based in Jaipur. You will work with field service data and equipment telemetry to generate insights that improve fleet performance, safety and sustainability for our mining and construction customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Normet equipment using data from field service tools and telemetry platforms.
• Analyse data to identify service needs, asset utilisation trends and operational improvement opportunities.
• Produce reports and visualisations for internal service teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with the global data analytics team and communicate findings to frontline staff and clients.
• Participate in digital development initiatives and process improvement projects related to remote monitoring.

Required profile

• 2‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the mining industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data, technology, engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Can‑do attitude with a focus on customer success.
• Experience working in an international, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
• SQL (good knowledge).
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical circuits.
