Remote LLM Trainer – Agent Completion Tasks

About the role

We are looking for a Remote LLM Trainer to create high‑quality multi‑turn conversation data for a leading large language model provider. You will simulate realistic interactions between users and an AI assistant that can call external tools, helping to fine‑tune and benchmark the model.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑turn dialogues that mimic real user‑assistant interactions involving apps such as calendar, email, maps, and drive.
• Play both the user and the assistant, inserting tool‑call steps only when corrections are required.
• Ensure logical flow, correct use of function calls, and adherence to the internal formatting and quality playbook.
• Generate examples that showcase successful task completion, graceful handling of infeasible requests, and natural chit‑chat when tools are unnecessary.
• Iterate on drafts based on reviewer feedback to improve realism and clarity.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical role.
• Strong logical reasoning and ability to model real‑world assistant behavior using tool‑based APIs.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
