Remote Customer Service Tele‑Caller (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Customer Service Tele‑Caller to represent Tilak Marble Pvt. Ltd., a leading supplier of premium natural stone in India. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, answering queries, and providing detailed information about our marble and stone products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to promote Tilak Marble’s product range.
• Answer customer inquiries, provide product details, and guide clients in selecting suitable stone solutions.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, manage client accounts, and coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to continuous improvement of the tele‑calling process.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and call documentation processes.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous.
