Remote Community Manager (Hindi & English)

About the role

We are seeking a warm, proactive, and organised Community Manager to engage with our growing online audience. The role is fully remote and requires fluent communication in both Hindi and English to build meaningful relationships with community members.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to comments, direct messages, and community queries.
• Communicate with followers in Hindi and English.
• Manage WhatsApp groups and other online communities.
• Welcome new members and maintain regular engagement.
• Share updates, reminders, resources, and announcements.
• Follow up with interested community members and programme participants.
• Collect feedback, testimonials, and frequently asked questions.
• Coordinate with the content and operations team.
• Maintain simple records of enquiries, responses, and follow‑ups.
• Ensure all communication reflects a warm, positive, and professional tone.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Friendly, patient, empathetic, and approachable.
• Organised and consistent with follow‑ups.
• Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp, and basic online tools.
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
• Prior experience in community management, customer support, or social media is preferred but not mandatory.
