About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Teammate to remotely operate autonomous delivery robots that provide last‑mile logistics for a global delivery service. This position blends technical operation, safety oversight, and high‑quality customer service to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Pilot autonomous delivery robots remotely, adhering to all traffic laws and operational regulations.
• Maintain situational awareness and intervene instantly to protect robot safety and public well‑being.
• Identify and resolve basic technical or navigational issues in real time.
• Track performance metrics related to accuracy, efficiency, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
