Reliability & Maintenance Engineer (Facility & Admin)

About the role

The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the overall upkeep of facility and administrative assets, ensuring safe and efficient operations that support production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance (PPM) on facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Respond to corrective maintenance tickets (TT calls), coordinate with vendors for warranty and AMC services, and maintain detailed reports.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, power distribution, lighting, transformers, and control components such as relays, sensors and drives.
• Oversee soft services including housekeeping, pest control, waste disposal and ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics or instrumentation and control engineering.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for planning and recording maintenance tasks.
