Relationship Manager – Sales & Client Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to drive adoption of Petpooja’s suite of solutions – Invoice, Payroll, Task and Purchase – across diverse verticals such as retail, salons and grocery stores. The role combines lead generation, client onboarding and ongoing relationship management through field visits and product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads in horizontal markets beyond F&B.
• Conduct on‑site product demos and guide B2C businesses through the onboarding process.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with new clients while handling inbound inquiries.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through promotional activities and support.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and share market insights with senior management.
• Achieve monthly targets for sales, new customer acquisition, daily visits and demos.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS or POS solutions.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving attitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid two‑wheeler and driving licence; personal laptop for demos.
