Relationship Manager – NRI (West Zone)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – NRI (West Zone) is responsible for deepening relationships with non‑resident Indian (NRI) customers, delivering tailored banking solutions and ensuring a value‑added service experience. The role works closely with product and operations teams to acquire new NRI clients, service existing accounts and support overall branch banking objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Inform customers about new products or enhancements to expand the banking relationship.
• Coordinate with functional teams to provide seamless access to additional products.
• Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance customer value.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date relationship records for assigned accounts.
• Penetrate group or family accounts within the existing mapped base.
• Track customer complaints, queries and turnaround times to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing corporate clients.
• Assist the Senior Relationship Manager – NRI in delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and channel feedback.
• Recommend process improvements to boost service efficiency and quality across the branch network.

Required profile

• Any graduate (minimum graduation).
• 5–10 years of relevant branch banking experience.
