Relationship Manager – Life Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager specializing in life insurance to join our rapidly expanding Wealth Management Business. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions that align with clients’ financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate life insurance business through both existing and new client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI, retail and corporate clients.
• Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue and premium targets.
• Drive cross‑selling opportunities across wealth, investment and distribution channels.
• Coordinate with insurance partners for policy issuance, servicing and renewals.
• Conduct regular client follow‑ups and relationship engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, MIS and business reports.
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Graduate or MBA preferred.
• 2–8+ years of experience in life insurance or BFSI sales.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and advisory.
• Existing client network is a plus.
• IRDAI certification preferred.
• Target‑driven, relationship‑oriented professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
