Relationship Manager – Burdwan

About the role

The Relationship Manager will lead a team of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) in Burdwan, driving both equity and debt sales for Birla Sunlife Asset Management. The role focuses on expanding market share, activating points of sale, and ensuring high service standards for IFAs and their investors.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve allocated equity and debt sales targets across the IFA network.
• Profile and segment IFAs to tailor outreach and product positioning.
• Increase activation of IFAs, ensuring consistent product selling.
• Build top‑of‑mind recall among IFAs to grow market share amidst strong competition.
• Provide regular training and updates on market dynamics and product changes.
• Resolve service issues for IFAs and investors with quick turnaround times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial services sales, preferably with mutual fund or asset management products.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with independent advisors.
• Ability to manage multiple IFAs and drive performance across a dispersed network.
• Good understanding of equity and debt investment products.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
