About the role
Capco is seeking a client‑facing professional to join its Regulatory Reporting Operations team supporting Nomura in Mumbai. The role involves delivering exceptional customer experience, handling regulatory queries and resolving daily reporting issues across multiple frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team within the transaction reporting domain (4‑6 years of relevant experience).
- Handle customer enquiries, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Guide clients on solution usage and assist in troubleshooting reporting issues.
- Conduct client training sessions and on‑site visits.
- Escalate and follow up on issues to guarantee resolution.
- Support validation and UAT activities for issue remediation.
- Participate in client‑specific projects.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC or SFTR.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client workflows and deliver high‑quality service.
