Regulatory Information Management Consultant (RIM)

About the role

Veeva is seeking consultants with deep regulatory expertise to help life‑science customers configure and implement Veeva’s Regulatory suite (Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, Publishing). The role is remote full‑time with a preference for candidates based in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru or Pune.

Key responsibilities

• Guide life‑science customers in the configuration and implementation of Veeva’s Regulatory suite to streamline global regulatory processes.
• Lead configuration requirements workshops, design, document, prototype and deploy solutions.
• Manage program and project activities, including resource planning and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate effectively between the project team, customer, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in life sciences or healthcare as a consultant, business, or IT representative.
• Technical ability and willingness to design, configure, and implement a RIM solution.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organization skills and ability to act with speed in a complex environment.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% as required.
