Registrar – Critical Care Medicine

About the role

Join Apollo Hospitals as a Registrar in Critical Care Medicine, providing high‑quality nursing care to critically ill patients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and monitor patients in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms and maintain accurate patient records.
• Administer medications, treatments and perform point‑of‑care tests.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and support staff for comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct nursing assessments, monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Provide bedside care, operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge care.
• Manage inventory of supplies and ensure a safe clinical environment.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing with first‑division marks in 10th and 12th.
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in nursing, preferably in critical care or acute settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, teamwork orientation and initiative.
• Ability to provide moral support and physical care to patients.
