Registered Nurse Positions – OT, Staff, Matron

About the role

We are seeking qualified nursing professionals to join our hospital in Chembur, Mumbai. Opportunities are available for Operating Theatre (OT) nurses, staff nurses across various departments, and experienced matrons to lead nursing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality patient care in the operating theatre, outpatient department, wards, casualty and intensive care units.
• Assist physicians and surgeons during procedures and ensure proper sterilisation of equipment.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, manage shift schedules and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee ward operations, ensure compliance with hospital protocols and uphold patient safety standards.

Required profile

• OT Nurse: 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Staff Nurse: Fresh graduates or experienced candidates with valid MNC registration, willing to work in OPD, Ward, Casualty or ICU.
• Matron: 10‑15 years of experience as a senior staff nurse, nursing in‑charge or matron.
