About the role
The Registered Nurse will deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients. This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and providing education to patients and families while upholding professional nursing standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies.
- Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise nursing assistants and support staff when required.
