Registered Nurse

About the role

The Registered Nurse position at thegrade&co is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Kozhikode. You will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality patient care, from assessment through to discharge planning.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs continuously.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to clinical protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medication usage, and health management.
• Adhere to infection‑control standards, safety procedures, and evidence‑based nursing guidelines.

Required profile

• Active nursing license/registration meeting local regulatory requirements.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings is preferred.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, quality of care, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
