Registered Nurse

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Registered Nurse at a hospital in Belgaum. You will deliver direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and administer medications according to clinical protocols.
• Assist with medical procedures and provide wound‑care management.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Participate in infection‑control measures, quality‑improvement activities, and hospital safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid nursing qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s) and current registration with the appropriate nursing council.
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with patients, families, and team members.
• Effective time‑management and the capacity to remain calm in high‑pressure or emergency situations.
