Regional Training Manager - Delhi

About the role

The Regional Training Manager will lead the identification of training needs across sales channels, co‑create relevant learning content and deliver training at the field level. Based in Delhi, the role ensures that employees and channel partners are equipped to engage customers effectively and follow the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training gaps across sales teams and channel partners.
• Co‑create and adapt training materials, including induction, web‑based, mobile and refresher modules.
• Deliver training sessions, joint calls and field visits to build capability and sales skills.
• Measure training impact using pre‑ and post‑assessment tools and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Drive distributor engagement through innovative learning interventions and best‑practice adoption.
• Support recruitment and activation of new channel partners within the assigned geography.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for sales or channel teams.
• Ability to assess training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with sales force, distributors and internal stakeholders.
