Regional Support Executive (Hyderabad)

About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking a Regional Support Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical assistance to the Regional Sales team in Hyderabad. The role ensures smooth sales operations, accurate data management, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, quotations, proposals, and contracts for the sales team.
• Coordinate timely processing of sales orders, liaising with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Assist in resolving outstanding and delayed payment claims with distributors.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and product data in sales systems.
• Facilitate communication within the sales team and ensure information is shared promptly.
• Generate detailed sales reports, analyse data and prepare performance metrics for management.
• Support onboarding and training of new sales team members.
• Collaborate with Marketing to keep sales materials current and available.
• Help plan and execute sales activation events.
• Track sales‑related expenses against budgets and suggest process improvements.
• Act as primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints, logging issues in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in sales support or administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Experience with sales data entry and reporting tools.
