Regional Security Manager – India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Nepal

About the role

The Regional Security Manager (RSM) will lead security concepts across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal, ensuring safe premises and personnel for more than 130 sites. The role focuses on planning, developing and implementing security standards, strategies, policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Region Point of Contact (RPoC) for all security topics and issues across Bosch legal entities and partners.
• Represent Bosch internationally on security matters.
• Implement and monitor C/AUP governance in the region, adapting to local legal conditions.
• Drive the Physical Security Management System (PSMS) at local sites, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, business units and offices.
• Oversee risk‑mitigation measures, including security services delivered by FCM/SES or guard services.
• Conduct security investigations at local levels and support internal investigations of the Compliance Team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and implementing security standards, strategies, policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of physical security management and governance frameworks.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple legal entities and external partners across several countries.
• Excellent investigative and analytical skills.
