Regional Sales Manager - IS

About the role

Philips is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – IS to lead sales activities across the Nagpur, Indore and Bhopal region. The role focuses on driving revenue for imaging products such as CT and MRI, building strong relationships with distributors, dealers and healthcare professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales operations within the defined territory, achieving pre‑defined volume and profit targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with medical distributors, dealers, physicians and hospital authorities to expand market presence.
• Monitor market and competition information, maintaining up‑to‑date records of sales activities.
• Improve sales performance at existing customers and increase overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure thorough knowledge of Philips products, financing options, technical support and shipping processes.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (preferably BE or science) with MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 10–15 years of sales experience in medical equipment, specifically imaging products (CT, MRI).
• Proven experience in team management and achieving sales targets.
• Competencies: results‑driven, collaborative, adaptable.
