Regional Sales Head – India

About the role

The Regional Sales Head for India will lead the growth of a global technology consulting firm across enterprise integration, digital transformation, cloud connectivity, managed services and consulting solutions. Reporting to global leadership, this senior sales leader will build strategic relationships with C‑level executives and drive new‑logo acquisition as well as expansion of existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the India business strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire large enterprise customers and Global Capability Centres.
• Develop long‑term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Enterprise Architects and Business Transformation Leaders.
• Lead proposal development with global consulting and delivery teams.
• Build strategic alliances with technology partners and ecosystem players.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and close deals.
• Recruit, mentor and manage a high‑performing enterprise sales organization.
• Own revenue, profitability, pipeline and forecasting for the region.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech with MBA preferred.
• 10‑15 years of experience in enterprise integration technology sales.
• Minimum 7 years in leadership roles handling strategic enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to engage CXOs and drive large consulting‑led transformation programs.
• Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar enterprise engagements.
