Regional Sales Head – Delhi

About the role

AlphaGrep Securities, a quantitative trading firm, is seeking an experienced Regional Head of Sales to lead its Mutual Fund business in Delhi. The role is strategic, focusing on driving AUM growth, expanding distribution networks, and strengthening partner relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own AUM, gross sales, net sales, and SIP targets for the Delhi zone and develop regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with top distributors and key accounts, onboarding new high‑potential distributors and IFAs.
• Lead distributor engagement programs, training sessions, and product awareness initiatives while acting as escalation point for partner issues.
• Identify growth opportunities in under‑penetrated cities, promote SIP and solution‑based selling, and support launch of new products.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategy.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in mutual fund distribution with a strong focus on non‑institutional/retail channels.
• Proven ability to manage and train teams, including freshers and management trainees.
• Willingness to travel and manage a large territory with deep understanding of the regional market.
