Regional Sales Executive

About the role

The Regional Sales Executive will be based on‑site in Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Pune and will drive new business and manage existing accounts for KRUGER VAC INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED’s industrial and engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, achieving sales targets.
• Conduct client visits, present product features and benefits, and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery planning, and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and participate in industry events.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development capabilities, including lead generation and negotiation.
• Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clear value propositions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients at various levels.
• Good organizational and planning abilities, including territory management and pipeline tracking.
• Comfort with frequent local travel and independent target achievement.
• Prior experience in industrial, engineering, or related B2B sales is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in standard office software and basic CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
