Regional Medical Advisor

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Regional Medical Advisor to serve as the primary scientific liaison for thought leaders and physicians within a defined therapeutic area and geography. The role involves building relationships, delivering medical education, and supporting evidence generation to advance the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map, and profile key thought leaders across the assigned region and therapeutic area.
• Engage identified experts through medical affairs activities aligned with the strategic plan.
• Execute the medical affairs strategy, including medical education, product education, evidence generation, advisory boards, pre‑license activities, and special projects.
• Act as the therapeutic‑area scientific expert, discussing product data, treatment trends, and study outcomes with physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure scientific consistency and compliance.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) in a relevant life‑science discipline.
• Significant experience in medical affairs or a related scientific role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of the assigned therapeutic area and regulatory environment.
