Regional Medical Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Medical Advisor to serve as the primary scientific liaison between Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and key opinion leaders (KOLs) and physicians within a defined therapeutic area and geography. The role will drive medical affairs initiatives, support product education, and generate scientific evidence to advance our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and profile thought leaders across the assigned region and therapeutic area.
• Engage KOLs through medical affairs activities aligned with the strategic plan.
• Execute the medical affairs strategy, including medical education, product education, evidence generation, advisory boards, pre‑license activities and special projects.
• Act as the therapeutic‑area scientific expert, discussing product data, treatment trends and study outcomes with physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong scientific background with expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.
• Proven experience in medical affairs or similar roles involving KOL engagement.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
