Regional Manager – After Sales & Service (ARRF Fire Trucks)

About the role

The Regional Manager – After Sales & Service will lead and develop after‑sales operations for ARRF fire trucks across the assigned region. You will ensure high customer satisfaction, timely spare‑parts availability and profitable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional after‑sales and service operations for ARRF fire trucks, ensuring operational readiness and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce standard service procedures, response‑time targets and service level agreements.
• Manage and coach a regional service team, overseeing recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Hyderabad factory and Dubai procurement teams to secure critical spare parts and consumables.
• Drive after‑sales revenue through service contracts, warranty management and preventive‑maintenance programmes.
• Oversee spare‑parts logistics and inventory at regional depots, maintaining ERP records and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Implement and monitor KPIs such as response time, first‑time‑fix rate and service profitability.
• Provide technical support, field diagnostics and root‑cause analysis, escalating to engineering when needed.
• Manage warranty claims, spare‑parts returns and collaborate on product reliability improvements.
• Prepare regional service budgets, control costs and ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• 6‑7 years of experience managing after‑sales, service operations or field service teams in heavy vehicles, firefighting equipment or industrial machinery.
• Strong knowledge of spare‑parts management, service logistics and ERP‑based inventory control.
• Proven leadership and people‑management abilities, with experience in recruitment, training and succession planning.
