Regional Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Regional Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy across the Kochin region. You will plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and boost brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the regional digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid and organic campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
• Lead on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives, including keyword research, backlink audits and content optimisation.
• Design and execute social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube.
• Create, segment and automate email and CRM campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity and produce monthly reports.
• Collaborate with sales, design, development teams and external agencies; mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, managing integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimise ROI.
