Regional Account Executive

About the role

Redis is looking for a Regional Account Executive to sell Redis Enterprise, the real‑time data platform trusted by thousands of global customers. You will own a territory in the Delhi NCR region, driving enterprise‑grade deployments and building long‑term relationships with leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue in your territory.
• Identify, qualify and build a pipeline of enterprise prospects, collaborating with internal teams.
• Close deals to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota targets.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional Redis solutions to existing customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on Redis Enterprise value.

Required profile

• Based in the Delhi NCR region.
• 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with a proven enterprise‑level track record.
• Consultative, value‑based selling approach for open‑source, cloud, on‑premise and hybrid deployments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, hyper‑growth environment.
• Deep understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
