Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist partners closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent quickly. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, building strong relationships with both active and passive candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified active and passive candidates.
• Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies with senior managers.
• Utilize ATS, job boards, social networks, and other platforms to source and attract talent.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across career sites and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, etc.), and keep candidate status updated in the ATS.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams on interview progress and candidate pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of end‑to‑end non‑technical recruitment experience, preferably in real estate, interior fit‑out, or commercial real‑estate companies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with a strong bias for action and customer focus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and major job boards.
• Strong internet research and search technique skills.
