Recruitment Specialist

About the role

CareerBloc is seeking a full‑time, remote Recruitment Specialist to manage end‑to‑end hiring processes for a variety of client organisations. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout each recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate feedback to both candidates and clients.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
• Advise hiring managers on selection decisions and recruitment best practices.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training or onboarding materials for new hires.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, screening and selection.
• Strong interviewing and professional communication abilities.
• Experience creating training or onboarding resources.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to juggle multiple requisitions.
• Comfortable working remotely with digital collaboration tools and ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current employment market trends; agency or corporate recruiting background is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
