About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will actively engage with potential candidates, assess their fit through insightful questioning, and maintain a robust talent pipeline. This role requires strong organizational abilities and a drive to meet and exceed hiring quotas.

Key responsibilities

Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Review resumes and interview feedback to qualify or reject applicants.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
Achieve weekly targets for outreach calls and emails.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational capabilities and high energy.
Proven ability to meet performance quotas.

Required skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
